Holiday rentals with beach access in Andes

The location of Nick’s place was perfect for us. In a quieter area but in walking distance of restaurants. We loved the pool and direct access to the beach!

everything perfect, fit all refurbished, bed and comfortable pillows, had filtered water. I only went to sleep, nor did I shower, but the shower looked good. 02 large rooms with a ceiling fan and well aired, quiet fan, side view of the sea, very close to the beach, excellent location. I brought linen and towel. It was also easy to get in and out of the garage. Very secure building.

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

the apto is equipped with absolutely everything you need to feel at home, it is as it is in the photos, the condominium is very clean , the pool super clean , everything beautiful

Our stay in Cartagena was incredible, and this apartment made it even better. It was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The balcony was a dream with absolutely breathtaking views; we spent so much time just soaking it all in. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the host was kind enough to let us drop off our bags so we could head out and start exploring the city. We were able to pick up the key later, which made everything super convenient. The building was spotless, and everyone we encountered was attentive and welcoming. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and quickly got to know our way around the area. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay here again!

It is a comfortable place with everything that you need. The beach front location is excellent, the literal gate faces with the beach sand. There are many shops around, souvenirs, supermarkets, clothing, restaurants of all kinds. Excellent and convenient.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

The stay was pleasant and quiet because of the good space and distribution of the property, the proximity to the sea and quiet beaches, and especially the friendly, courteous service and the excellent preparation of the food to the user's taste by Mrs. María Teresa, to whom we thank very much. The trip to the main center of supermarkets and ATMs is a little withdrawn, although there is transport and there is a shop and a fish outlet at the front of the set.

If you love animals & nature, this spot is for you! We got to meet the owner & learned that our stay contributes to planting trees- which is amazing to know! The beaches are beautiful & everyone is so humble and friendly. Worth the trip & we look forward to coming back!

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

José David was attentive at all times and was pending any requests. The house is in excellent condition, each room with its air conditioning and showers with hot water. I would definitely come back again.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Cozy house, just steps from the beach, with everything necessary for your days in Morro. For those who want to escape the hustle of the village and the crowded beaches. Beach in front of the practically private house. Super attentive hosts. We spent wonderful days, I highly recommend!

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)

The accommodation is detached house and is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean, private atmosphere. The facilities are top notch, they hardly show any wear. The beach (Playa Honda) is 3 mins walk. It is very calm, has black sand and beautiful palm trees surrounding. Apart from local fiahermen occassionally, it is not visited often. Enjoy the sunset of your life! Tidal waves can be very high and strong, but you can find the right time to swim there. The estuary of a clean river is nearby, offering a nice short hike (south from the house on the beach). The next beach tonthe North is Playa Junquillal is more frequented by people, and there are some facilities. Ideal vacation for a family with kids to enjoy the sea and plan a trip to other areas of Guanacaste. Mark, the host is available promptly, should there be any questions.

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

My family and I were very happy with this beautiful unit, everything was in perfect condition. Its location is excellent so close to everything. We recommend them 100% ☺️

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!
