It is evenly split with Los Pinos which occupies the other side. It is part of seven houses available at Granja Henderson, a 1940's chicken farm that then evolved into a dairy farm, a cattle farm, a quarter horse farm and now a vacation destination to enjoy the farm type surrounding and the close proximity to Punta del Este.
