New studio in Brussels

Small attic studio and completely renovated. Features a kitchen and shower room with toilet (all private). The accommodation is located 30 m from La Roue metro station (20 min by public transport to get to the center or 10 min by car), on a quiet street and close to amenities. The studio is on the second and top floor of a house where you will also find 2 bedrooms for rent. Visitors have access to the sunny terrace at the back of the building.

The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house. A common space with big massive table, kitchen with industral smeg oven and Liebherr fridge, wooden floor, fireplace and enough sofa seats for the whole group.
