I am renting my flat for a period of time. The flat is located in the heart of Bruxelles between St. Katherine and Grand Place, in a pedestrian area easily reachable by public transport. The flat is fully equipped, it is sunny (south east orientation), bright and enjoys a very central location. The flat is part of an historical building and is fully renovated. It is ideal for a holiday, remote working or to enjoy the music scene. Working station with high speed internet is provided.

It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun. I really love my house, so please be kind to it and treat it as it was yours- very important: it is my house- a house where i live in everyday, so it is not perfect. please don't book if you are looking for perfection!! it is an artistic house. it is warm and comfortable and inspiring but NOT perfect. only book it you agree with these conditions. welcome !!!

I often travel so I'm happy to share my flat with quiet and respectful people as I value my belongings and my neighbours! It's a last floor duplex (4th floor with no lift), 75m2 with a lovely terrace! The flat is for two people max (one king size bed). There is an easy self check-in process but my friends are also there to help you out if needed as they live nearby. We speak EN / FR, no pets please :) From Gare du Midi, the 48 bus takes about 7min, then it's another 5min walk

Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Furthermore, the bathroom also has a hairdryer. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be made into an extra bed for 1 person.
