Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Anchorage

Alanah was a wonderful host! Great communication before and during the trip. The house was cozy and homey; just like the description and pictures on the listing! We knew exactly what to do, and where supplies were if we needed them. The area was peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the house manual was super helpful when I was prepping for the trip.

The house is comfortable and private, tucked away from the rest of the neighborhood. This did make it slightly difficult to find the first time. The house is clean and neat, very welcoming! Everything we needed, and more, was at our disposal. Thank you, Raye Ann.

We arrived to a house exactly as described. Great location right near the lake and close to the airport. Mostly quiet with the occasional buzz of seaplanes taking off. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and Johanna was very responsive. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it if you're looking for something in the Anchorage area.

This was a GREAT spot to stay in Anchorage. Liz was very responsive, and location was walkable to some yummy local spots. The airbnb was very clean and comfortable--the accomnodations more than met our needs! We wished we were staying a few more days in Anchorage. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed visiting Anchorage and Joey’s house was perfect for our family! The home was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The house was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

One night stay in Anchorage. Overall the stay was great and Todd was a great host and very responsive! I did have a few things to mention, the road noise at night was annoying. I had read a few comments stating this and Todd does have it in his description but it’s a bit more intrusive (into the early morning hours) than I had thought it would be. I knew this going in and in no way can Todd “fix” this issue..it is what it is. The beds are pushed against the wall so for two adults sharing a bed, one has to crawl in and out of bed unless you want to crawl overtop the other person. I understand the space constraints so again..it is what it is. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! The market down the street (short walk) was nice to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches before heading back out on the road.

Enjoyed our stay at this Alaskan retreat. It was a perfect pit stop for our family to recharge before heading back home after a cruise. The views were amazing and accommodations were super comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and amenities. Felt private and secluded but also close to lots of shopping and dining.

Corey and Beth are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. The location is a short walk to downtown, so very convenient. The apartment is well fitted out and has a lovely garden outlook. Highly recommended 👌

This place was exactly as described — clean, functional, and super comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and it had all the essentials. One of the better Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, for sure. Would absolutely book again!

We enjoyed staying at Jacob’s. It was really cool walking onto the back porch and watching two young moose and their mom having an early morning walk.

No complaints. I loved that the kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of useful condiments. Having the extra toiletries was very nice. Great location between Anchorage and Wasilla. Both Jeff and his wife were friendly and so very nice to meet.

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

Well located place to crash for the night, with a coffee shop and restaurants nearby.

This was my first time staying at Jodi’s but it definitely won’t be our last! Great location near the heart of Girdwood and everything is in pretty minimal walking distance. Jodi was friendly, accommodating and the condo was spotless. HIGHLY recommend her spot!

Thanks Dylan for sharing your home . We loved our time in Anchorage. We explored quite a few trails and enjoyed yummy food all within 10-12 mts drive. The airport was also about 10 mts away . Vidya
