We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

Lily & Tim’s house was perfect for my stay in Anchorage. Exactly as described and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown, the Atwood Concert hall and an easy Uber to the airport. Co-host Cherie was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well and then gave me space unless I needed anything. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Everything I needed for a 2-week stay. Would definitely recommend Lily and Tim’s properties and would stay here again if I’m ever back in Anchorage

Dean was very communicative when I messaged, super friendly when we ran into him without being intrusive. The space is very comfortable, clean and adequately stocked. I would recommend Dean's space to anyone, we enjoyed our 9 day stay and would book again if the need arose.

Great location, a group of us stayed for a long weekend for an event. We had no issues with the stay, everything looked just like the pictures, really responsive host, lots of towels and linens. My only complaint would be that the chairs and master bed are wobbly. They need to be screwed in, I looked for tools but couldn’t find any to do it myself. The furniture is stained (from wear) but we didn’t stay long enough to mind it. I was able to check in early due to my flight arriving a few hours early and the host was very responsive. Overall, would stay here again. From the area but recently moved and this is a great quiet area to stay in.

Worked fine for what we needed a town house with 2 bedrooms

Great place, clean and as described. Two separate bedrooms was nice. Only downside was not the fault of the host at all. The bedrooms walls face a pretty busy road so there was some car noise. But overall, great space. Would stay again if we need a place!

Great place to stay. Not a lot to do within walking distance. Parking was covered in back ally, GPS navigated to front entrance. Clean and quiet in a neighborhood with apartments across the street. Felt safe and secure, however, we did have to drive to anywhere we wanted to go.

Really nice house, spacious, great for large families (as noted). Heated garage, a big plus! Will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to anchorage. Thank you Alexis!

I stayed at Brittany’s duplex while I was in town visiting family. We were conveniently located nearby my brother’s home and had the perfect amount of space for a home base for the week. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but had everything we needed for breakfast each day. The bathroom was plenty spacious, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the blinds and blackout curtains. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to visit my family in Anchorage!

This place was amazing! Jessica has not overlooked any detail. We stay at a lot of different vacation rentals, and I have never been at such a well stocked home. Not only was the furniture amazing, the beds were super comfortable and there was no shortage of the daily necessities. On top of being a perfect location, Jessica was a super communicative and lovely hostess. I highly recommend this location!

Emmanuel and Nicole are awesome hosts and their communication is top-notch. From the moment we booked, they made us feel welcome with prompt, clear, and friendly messages. Their home is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but also filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable—like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy spaces to relax in They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Staying with them felt more like visiting friends than just booking a place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay!

We had a wonderful time here! Just a note for those who have trouble with stairs, the front door is up a flight of outdoor stairs. Beautiful, large windows and spacious living room. Our baby loved to toddle around here. Also, there weren't any blackout curtains so be prepared for the famous Alaska midnight sun. Close to Jack Sprat which was absolutely delicious and a short walk away. There's also a coffee shop within walking distance, lots of hikes, stunning mountain views, and the Alyeska hotel.
