Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house.
