The site is 5 minutes from Tuiuti, 15 minutes from Amparo and 1 km from the largest Astronomical Pole for astronomical observations in the state of São Paulo, with an ecological trail and restaurant.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fireplace. We do not accept pets. On the property, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more. The @cabanaamalfi was built in 2022 at Fazenda Chapadao in Serra Negra. A place with a whirlpool, air conditioning, new furniture and a fireplace in a super charming environment with an exclusive hot tub and a small cinema. Fazenda has a restaurant, cultural programming and the largest balance sheet of the State of SP that was featured in several press outlets.
