The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! Perfect accommodation for relaxing with pets in the midst of nature My stay at Daniel's was simply wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The house is ideal for two people and extremely welcoming for those traveling with pets. I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and they both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a real oasis: very well cared for, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those who “embrace”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by a lush nature. It is the ideal place for those looking for peace and contact with green. Absolutely, I will return at other times

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Very cozy house with rooms and spacious bathroom. The outdoor area is great and fits more than 2 cars. Quiet setting, a place to relax. It is not far from the city center.

Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

I loved the apartment!! Worth every cent. It has 2 toilets of excellent size, super well-equipped kitchen, service area with a washer and iron. My son lived in Campinas and always stayed in hotels. Now I'll just stay in this apartment.
