The cottage is located in a green and quiet area, inside a secure farm (with an electronic gate), with access by a dirt road (500 m). The place is perfect for connecting with nature, detoxing from screens (we don't have TV or Wi-Fi), sunbathing, walking, making a bonfire in the late afternoon and enjoying a fireplace. Ideal space for couples with up to two children. Location very close to the center of Serra Negra (3 km).

Beautiful historic coffee farm headquarters, built in 1890. Located in the city of Amparo, in the Águas Paulista circuit, very close to the cities of Serra Negra and Pedreira, famous for being shopping centers for knitwear, crockery and furniture. The house has period furniture and is surrounded by lots of greenery. The rural property and the neighborhood are very quiet, perfect for relaxing and recharging after sightseeing and shopping. Ideal place for families, couples and also to gather friends.

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
