Holiday rentals with a fire pit in American River

We had a great stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

Maria’s place is homey and comfy. I love the “B positive “ theme. We had a lovely family visit. As my daughter conveniently lived a few minutes away. I spent time cooking family favorites Ike eggrolls and potato latkas on the beautiful high line gas stove. The kitchen could use some metal utensils and pot holders. The beds are so comfortable & loved the fluffy Frye blankets. We did put our own blanket on the bed & sheet on the couch ,to protect from pets and kids. This property is a working ranch like atmosphere We’re nature lovers and although it was wet and cold, we still explored. I’m a master gardener mentor. The succulent garden out front is incredible. Marias is an awesome host. I asked if I could have some cuttings. She graciously said yes. I don’t like when plants looking pruned, so I mostly picked up pieces lying on the ground. The scented geraniums are the largest I ever saw & found eucalyptus seeds. We’re gonna make a Rio Linda succulent garden. ❤️We will book agai

The house was absolutely beautiful! It is even more wonderful than the photos show, well equipped with all that you would need, thoughtful in supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent), and Nicole was a lovely host. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. The beds were comfortable with great bedding and extra bedding available. We cooked meals in the kitchen and found the living room very relaxing and well suited for hanging out. I would absolutely stay here again!

This sweet little house was perfect for our short work trip. My coworkers/friends were very impressed with this place. It’s so adorable! Very cozy and feels private in spite of being in a neighborhood. The area is very quiet and a quick drive to restaurants and main town area. The host was very kind and clear in her instructions! So many amenities and the patio is very sweet. I would definitely go back!

Came to Loomis for my daughter's wedding at the Flower Farm, which was just .6 miles down the road. So convenient, was able to go back and forth quickly. Hosted out of town relatives at the house, plenty of room and such peaceful surroundings. Wendy was fantastic with communication from the very beginning—before booking, leading up to our arrival, during our stay, and even after we left. The home is beautiful with very comfortable beds. With 4 bathrooms, there was never a wait. So much room for parking. If I find myself in Loomis again with a group of guests, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

Wonderfully clean and spacious home for my family. Bonus that pets are allowed, and the fully-fenced yard and doggy door were great for our pup! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with kids playing and biking nearby. There's also a playground and hiking trails nearby. It's a quick dash to downtown Sacramento, but away from the traffic and hustle. Beds were comfy, and the giant TV was great for watching movies. Would love to stay here again!

Jordan’s place was perfect! Close enough to walk to the Rivercat’s game and nearby bars/restaurants. We ended up doing a short Uber to Golden 1 center area to watch the basketball games at Tom’s Watch Bar and Punch Bowl Social - would definitely recommend checking them out. The home itself had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the Roku TV allowed us to stream when we were relaxing. The balcony on the top floor was a nice place to hangout and enjoy the trees. The nest thermostat allowed us to adjust the temp in the home easily as well. Also a huge plus having the garage and not having to worry about street parking. Overall a great place to stay when in sac!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay, with most attractions within walking distance. We were a bit nervous about relying on street parking when returning late at night, but we were fortunate to find a spot on the first day, and on the following days, there were multiple spots available.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

This home exceeded my expectations! Easy access from all local freeways, 15 drive from the airport and the extra facilities (pool, spa, bbq areas and gym) were all excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need! Host was super quick to respond with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a plumbing emergency at our home. My husband my self and our two young kids had to scramble to find something close to school and works. This space was perfect we felt right at home and it’s was close to where we needed to be! The host were so great at dealing with me when I was stressed. Can not recommend this space enough it had everything we needed to not have our home life feel even more out of whack. The pictures don’t do this space justice light homey and clean! Thank you Marcus and Emily for being such a great host!
