Nice location in its own olive grove. Good amenities. We received multiple restaurant recommendations.

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

Cristiano is an available host in every aspect of the stay: from the time of booking until the time of checkout. Your help is also very important in terms of the possibility of "leaning" on a restaurant within walking distance. The house was perfect for our needs: three bedrooms, a bathroom with a nice shower cabin and the living area very functional. Free parking a few meters from home. A strategic point that I will consider for future visits to the area.

Donkeys and Roses is an enchanting paradise in the breathtaking Italian countryside. The house is historic and elegant with a gorgeous porch and upstairs deck for enjoying breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We loved swimming in the luxurious, well maintained swimming pool, cooking in the magnificent kitchen and then relaxing on one of the gorgeous living room sofas. Nearby, there are many enchanting villages seemingly untouched by tourism. Our day trip to Rome was quick and easy as we parked our car inexpensively for the day at the local train station and then took a direct train to and from the centre of Rome. Enrico is the perfect gentleman and our communication was always a pleasure. We both agreed that this is the best Airbnb that we have stayed at over the years. Everything about our stay was perfect and I can’t imagine a more amazing Italian villa than Donkeys and Roses.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

Modern, well-kept house, with every comfort, equipped with everything you need. Very clean, tidy and organised. A large, wonderful and panoramic outdoor area offers a holiday fit for a king. A quiet place in unspoiled nature: also ideal for those who love to watch the stars, on the warmest nights there is a firefly show. Everything was great, even Mr. Corrado is a very kind person who shows that he loves the place very much and talks about it with passion. Everything perfect, we hope to be back soon. Thank you

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

We liked it very much, it was very comfortable to spend the night on our route and it made it easy for us to leave our luggage before the stipulated check-in time so we could take advantage of sightseeing from the morning.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cosy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Us and our cat felt at home immediately. The chalet is surrounded by nature (we even saw a little fawn with its mother), it is very quiet and has a spectacular view. On top of that you can reach Assisi very easily by car or even by foot. Also Cri is the nicest person and it was so much fun spending some time together. We will definitely come back ♡

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm!
