Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). The apartment has a separate entrance and a private terrace. You can start your hikes on foot or by bike from the front door. The central location of the town of Recht offers many excursion destinations and interesting sights. Pets are welcome in our home.
