Our cozy apartment is located in Mömbris, in the heart of the beautiful Kahlgrund, on the edge of the Spessart Nature Park. Hiking, cycling or mountain biking are right at your doorstep. For swimming, there are several swimming pools or lakes in the vicinity. If you like it quiet, you are also in the right place, because the apartment with ground-level access to the garden is at the end of a dead end road on the outskirts. Business travelers, couples, solo travelers or families can feel comfortable with us.

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.
