Holiday houses in Alviano

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Alice’s house is outstanding. We stayed as a couple with my father. We were greeted by Paola who although didn’t speak English we got by with my little bit of Italian and Google translate! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. A real home from home. The garden was an oasis of peace and had sun throughout the day. Lugnano itself is a lovely village though quiet at this time of the year ( May) The inhabitants are extremely friendly and happy to assist with your Italian 😁. There are some lovely restaurants and well stocked shops within walking distance. Also great wineries nearby which we really enjoyed. Overall a great stay in Lugnano enhanced by a beautiful property… I didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Angelo was a formidable, kind and welcoming host. He and his wife made us feel at home, giving us tips on what to visit in the area and making us taste their oil. Clean, spacious and tastefully furnished apartment, immersed in the Umbrian countryside overlooking the beautiful village of Lugnano in Teverina. Strategic point between Lazio and Umbria for those who want to visit areas such as Tuscia or reach Orvieto in the day. We'll definitely be back!

This place is incredible!! Serene surroundings, beautiful views and a lovely, clean and bright apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Such a beautiful stay to break up the trip and relax on one of the 2 patios with a glass of wine and the end of a busy traveling week. Highly recommend this apartment.

The farmhouse is FABULOUS! We stayed in this beautiful place with 7 people, my whole family! Each room matched the description, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets very useful in the countryside! My parents really enjoyed the suite on the second floor, and the bathrooms were equipped with comfortable showers and hot water. The icing on the cake is definitely the outdoor space! The garden as far as the eye can see, the silence, the clean air... the hammock! We had a barbecue with other friends on holiday Sunday night, and the space met everyone's expectations. It was very difficult to leave the farmhouse on Monday morning, and waking up today not surrounded by nature has put even more emphasis on how wonderful our stay was! technical information: the city centre is a short walk away, but like all the villages in the area, expect quite steep climbs and descents! it's still worth it! all the nearby villages are 25 minutes away by car! GREAT!

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation.
