Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Álvaro Obregón

this place is great. great for a large group and accessible to so many things. we could walk almost anywhere and it's next to bike docks so it's super easy to get around. The space was clean and beds were comfortable. The one downside was that the coffee shop downstairs turns into a bar at night and the noise carries, but Pedro provides ear plugs and noise machines which helped a ton!

Finding the house and Ricardo was wonderful. It's a very cozy, spacious, quiet place, close to several malls. A very nice house with everything you need for your stay. Ricardo was always attentive, responding to all our needs quickly and efficiently. Definitely a place to always! Thank you

Josefina is GREAT. She was willing to reasonably accommodate our needs at every turn. We had a group of 8! We began our trip off the plane at 6am worried we’d have to wait until check-in at 3pm. Josefina was kind enough to allow us luggage drop off at 7am. The housekeeper we were greeted by was also extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the place and answered any questions we might’ve had. We were also accommodated with an early check-in. I’ve stayed in other parts of Mexico and I’m aware hot showers are not guaranteed. Most days we were able to take hot showers if we had the time to let the water warm up which we appreciated. We were stunned by the gorgeous patios of this place. I did badly cut the back of my ankle coming down the outdoor stairs so be cautious of your steps! There was a toilet fix during our stay that didn’t affect us much because there were plenty of other bathrooms to use on the property. Thank you for your hospitality! Be back soon.

Christian’s place was the perfect location for a long weekend with family. Not only is the property gorgeous but you can’t beat the location. Christian was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. He provided recommendations for restaurants, sites to see and everything in between. I highly recommend staying at Christian’s place.

Came to celebrate a bachelorette and bachelor party. It was a total of 14 of us so we rented out the whole house. It was great, however a few things to note, the house has no AC and it does get pretty hot in the rooms (at least during the month of April). There aren’t enough fans in each room. We had two fans in one room but it was broken. They said they would fix/bring a new one but didn’t get one. The electricity was going off and so did the wifi but they were able to fix by the time we had come back from being out. The host and their team were communicating with me. Great house and pretty accessible to Mexico City.

Very good Experience.. The House was very comfortable and is very nice for Full Families... There is good distribution for children to live together... Surely it will be option for a future... :)

Martín's house is a beautiful, peaceful space. We were two families traveling together with young kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard and the upstairs TV room. It was warm when we visited CDMX and two of the upstairs bedrooms had minisplit A/C units, which was great. Martín was super responsive, even stopping by to drop off some extra towels when we needed them. The location was nice, a short 10-15 minute walk to La Comer for groceries, a 10 minute car ride to an area with many restaurants, and 20-30 minutes to Chapultepec/Condesa/Centro historico depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

I loved the apartment. A place too comfortable for me and my family: It's a pretty spacious house; large, super pristine and organized. The instructions were too clear. The beds, the accessories look practically new. We left Colombian cafesito, aromatic, the kitchen is super well equipped. I loved it, really a pretty recommended place everything. The hosts are quite friendly and responsive on time.

Guisela is a thoughtful, kind, and attentive host. Her apartment is spacious yet cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to feel at home. Lots of details, often missing from other rentals I’ve stayed at, are taken care of for you, like shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra toilet paper and towels, cooking equipment/dishes/Tupperware, and cooking oil/salt/pepper and napkins and paper towels. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location to explore the city. It’s walkable and has lots of food options nearby (restaurants/groceries/markets). I would definitely stay at Guisela’s apartment again and highly recommend it!

Juan is an excellent host and the apartment was great. Perfect location, helpful doormen, space to spread out. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer for our stay. Thanks!

Very good sunlight. Clean and and a historic house

The place is big and clear. Full kitchen with everything to cook. Close to the Coyoacan plaza where you can find restaurants, souvenirs markets, etc We felt at home and loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!! The hosts made us feel safe and comfortable. We would go back without hesitation 😊

Excellent site. Well located, there is a Walmart one and a half blocks away. The furniture is nice and very comfortable, it has all the amenities they mention, and I liked the ease of leaving luggage in advance. The area is very quiet, the guard at the entrance was very friendly. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely book again in the future.

The location is very good, as well as natural lighting. The apartment itself is very cozy, it has everything you need to enjoy the day if you don't want to go out. Upon entry there was a peculiar damp smell (I think it is due to the location and condition of the washing machine, which we did not use as well it had mold in the door packing, I think it needs maintenance). The showers seemed to be covered, but it was fixed by removing the covers so the water could circulate without a problem. The front desk staff was always in their place and were very attentive.

The penthouse was quite spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice rooftop. The rooms were all spacious and it was well designed. The location was great.

The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Everything was amazing, Luis always with all the attitude of attention and service. Her home is very nice, with a lot of privacy and extremely comfortable. I would definitely come back and I will gladly recommend it

The house is bigger and nicer in person, the pool is ideal for nailing, as half is deep and the other half is ideal for resting as it is less deep. It has a lot of space for several people and is very comfortable, it is very clean. Hans's attention was excellent, very kind to receive us at the accommodation. Great place to stay!!

A very nice space, comfort, cleanliness, very spacious and with all the amenities they offered. The only thing was that the pool water was a bit cold, but in other aspects it exceeded expectations. Thanks to the host and support staff who were always attentive and very helpful. We hope to return soon
