This top modern, stylish and newly furnished accommodation in the heart of Rheinhessen was completely renovated and refurbished by June 2024 and is now available for our guests. Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. Located close to the Rhine, in the middle of the nature reserve, the property offers a comfortable starting point for many activities and those seeking relaxation.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Die Weinbaugemeinde Alsheim liegt zwischen Mainz und Worms. Ein gut ausgebautes Rad- und Wanderwegnetz, naheliegende Baggerseen und viele Weingüter laden zur Erholung ein. Tagesausflüge nach Worms, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz, Wiesbaden und Frankfurt sind per Bahn möglich. Die kostenslosen Leihfahrräder bieten auch per Bahn anreisenden Gästen inidviduelle Mobilität.

Wunderschöne ausgebaute Ferienwohnung (ehemaliger Heuboden) über 2 Etagen mit 104qm in einer alten Scheune. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe ganz separat zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Dachflächenfenster, dadurch ist der Raum Lichtdurchflutet. Der wunderschöne Garten und Pool kann mitbenutzt werden. Der Garten liegt hinter der Scheune.

Dieses modern eingerichtete, gemütliche Apartment verbindet die Vorteile einer guten Verkehrsanbindung mit einer schönen landschaftlichen Umgebung. Mit der Bahn ist Frankfurt in 37 Minuten und Mannheim in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Neben den in unmittelbarer Umgebung gelegenen Seen ist auch der Rhein fußläufig gut zu erreichen (15 Gehminuten).
