Consisting of a living room dining room with TV, a double bedroom and a large room with 4 single beds, and a sofa bed and TV Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. River view and private terrace with outdoor furniture. 1/2 day access to a private wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam), is included with the stay, (extension possible depending on availability)

The apartment consists of a bright living and sleeping room with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you can access your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
