The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy apartment

Apartment near the Maintalradweg with parking space and wallbox. Our renovated apartment is close to the Main bike path and has a large, well-equipped kitchen-living room with stove, oven, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, bedding included. Car parking space in front of the house with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee.

Spessarthaus in Steinmark

Close to Marktheidenfeld and not far from Aschaffenburg and Würzburg, the spacious and quiet accommodation is located in the beautiful Spessart, a large forest area with hiking and adventure opportunities. The approximately 80m² apartment has been completely renovated and has a separate entrance, a kitchen, a spacious dining and living area, a bathroom and a bedroom (1 large double bed + folding guest bed and a cot).

Apartment Zur Kartause

In the middle of the Spessart lies in the resort Schollbrunn our apartment with private entrance, terrace and large garden. Due to its location, our apartment is a ideal starting point for active hiking and cycling enthusiasts. On designated hiking and biking trails you can explore the Spessart or cycle along the Main. For those seeking seekers, the nearby Schollbrunn Wildpark is the nearby Schollbrunn Wildpark.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.
