Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

The ideal apartment for those seeking peace, hikers, nature lovers or craftsmen/fitters who are working in the Ahr valley for some time. Cozy apartment with separate entrance in the basement with living room, kitchen, bedroom, terrace and private bathroom/toilet. Other things to note The double bed in the bedroom is 1.80 × 2.00 m, and the sofa bed in the living room is 1.40 × 2.00 m.

Our spacious and fully equipped apartment "Anke-Rose" is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find a quiet oasis in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet, as well as a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony, you can end your day of vacation with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards. Another room allows more than 2 guests to stay.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.

Note: the house was affected by the 2021 flood; façade works are almost finished but may occasionally limit terrace use.
