Holiday rentals with a patio in Alte Donau

This stay was one of our best. The host was very communicative. The space was wonderful. Free laundry service was a big plus. Just a note, there's only one washer and dryer in the basement, so don't wait to wash your stuff as many others will be eyeballing it. Bonus points: We had a sleeper train arriving way before check in time, they gladly offered luggage storage until check in.

Dominik is an amazing host. My highlight was Dominik’s kind gesture at offering me an early check in based on availability. Communication was proactive before and on the day of my arrival. The keys were personally handed as soon as I arrived. Instructions upon arrival were brief and clear. Dominik was kind enough to also suggest good restaurants around the neighborhood. The amenities were so good that I didn’t have a reason to bother Dominik all through my four night stay. I’m definitely looking out for this apartment the next time I visit Vienna. Cheers 🥂

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

A stylish, lovingly furnished apartment with a special atmosphere – everything was clean, well thought out and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the location is ideal: the tram stops right outside the door, in 15 minutes you are in the centre. Thanks to the private parking, the arrival was also stress-free. Our hosts Kati, Niko and Taiko were wonderful: friendly, warm, present in contact, with perfectly organised self check-in and personal recommendations. We felt completely comfortable and went home filled with beautiful impressions. To discover everything Vienna has to offer, you definitely need a second stay – which we would love to spend with you! We had a great stay of two days in the apartment – perfect for the four of us! The accommodation is super equipped: everything you need for cooking or washing, and even a PlayStation for entertainment. We would like to highlight the generous bicycle cellar – ideal for all those who travel by bike. The apartment is cozy, clean and really leaves nothing to be desired. Clear recommendation!

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

We were 6 people. The accommodation was very clean, as good as new and modern. In great weather, we could sit on the beautiful terrace. Murat was very nice and solved our problem without hesitation with the request to provide another parking space. Thank you for that ♥️

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We stayed a few days in Dennis apartment to visit Vienna. It was very clean, cozy and tastefully furnished. Our kids slept on the pullout couch which was very wide and comfortable. So you can also use the apartment as a family. We also liked the small garden at the front. Otherwise, Dennis was always easily accessible and friendly. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
