Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will find everything you need. A private terrace overlooking a leafy bank overlooking the river. It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

We offer to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views by taking a dip in the pool . The place is very quiet and the loft has nothing renovated while maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and open first floor with double bed. The patio is ideal for a breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.
