Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a retreat for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

Obermaubach offers a reservoir with ice, coffee and pedal boats. Hiking and cycling trails in nature as much as your heart desires. Relax and unwind in this charming vacation home in the marl village of Kanne (Riemst) near the historic cities of Maastricht, Tongeren and Liège. The ideal base for enjoying walking or cycling by the Albert Canal, in the marl caves or in the green hills. House with 3 cozy furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with all facilities and nice living space. Ideal for couples or families with older children (+12 years). In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.
