Welcome! Here you have affordable accommodation with a private entrance, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple meals. Air fryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the accommodation. Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Sundsvall. They stop outside Mitt Universitetet on the way. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. However, no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse yourself in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house.
