Welcome! Here you have affordable accommodation with a private entrance, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple meals. Air fryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the accommodation. Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Sundsvall. They stop outside Mitt Universitetet on the way. A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. However, no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse yourself in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Slappna av i detta lugna boende vackert beläget med fin utsikt vid älven Ljungan. Privat brygga som man kan ta ett morgondopp vid. Två SUP med flytvästar finns också att låna. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

The top cabin on Storholmen

Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Pris: 300kr/person tur/retur Storholmen-Spikarna. Tid enligt överenskommelse med oss.
