Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Loft with ocean view

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. However, no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse yourself in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August 2027 only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Pris: 300kr/person tur/retur Storholmen-Spikarna. Tid enligt överenskommelse med oss.
