Everything is new: ceiling, power lines, water pipes, radiators, kitchen, bathroom, geothermal heating and flooring. The house offers bright and fresh surfaces that create a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a quiet residential area with proximity to everything you need. Here you live comfortably with a modern standard in a homely setting, perfect for a relaxing stay. Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
