Featuring two berdooms and bathrooms, a stunning kitchen and amazing roof terrace also with a kitchenette and barbeque. The house has super-fast fibre broadband making it the perfect holiday accomadation or remote-working retreat.

Almuñécar – the cozy place that still feels authentically Spanish. One of the main reasons why we ourselves lost our heart to Almuñécar. Our charming, older apartment is in the heart of everything: right by the beach, the San Miguel castle, Botanical Garden and kid’s playground. You have restaurants, shopping, activities everywhere and still the area feels secluded and away from the main action. Fully installed air condition and heating in all rooms. We are on the third floor. No lift.

House in private urbanization, with direct access to the beach Marina Playa, 200 meters from the Puerto Marina del Este. Three-storey house with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent sea and mountain views, a swimming pool and private community parking on the same estate. The pool season is from 1 June to 15 September, and the opening hours are from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The house has a private Wi-Fi network, Movistar Plus and a security system.
