Beachfront holiday rental in Almuñécar

We spent a month in the apartment with two small children. The location is really good, feels like a real Spain, the services are nearby, and the walks are nice short everywhere. Every Friday, the market is right next door. The host was helpful and friendly throughout!

Our stay at the place was fantastic. The location is ideal, everything is quickly accessible, and the apartment is very cozy. The quiet pool area in particular invites you to sunbathe and relax. We will be happy to come back!

The house as well as the photos of the listing, quiet area, the beach very close, with air conditioning in all rooms and dining room, garage that took three cars. The restaurant and supermarket area is nearby. Everything was very clean. We were very comfortable. Definitely 100% recommended.

Jorge was an impeccable host, always responding quickly and providing very clear information. The accommodation is amazing — I felt right at home and will definitely stay there again if I return to Salobreña.

The apartment is as in the photos with easy street parking (free except July/August). The views from the terrace are incredible and we will miss the bed/pillow because of how comfortable they were. The walls are a bit of paper, but you can rest very well at night. There is a dog beach nearby, a cove two steps away and the large one a 5-minute walk away. It was a last-minute booking and they had it ready in no time, plus they let us take the dog. If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure.

This was our first time spending a month abroad. It took a long time to find the 'right' property for our stay. We wanted something that had a welcome homely feel as well as a great location and Erlend's place was perfect! The apartment was wonderful. So many thoughtful touches and everything you could need was there. We loved the outside spaces but didn't get to use them as much as we would've liked due to bad weather. On warm sunny days, the terrace would be a perfect place to sit. The views from the apartment were lovely. We found the location to be perfect for us. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the lovely promenade by the sea. I have lung issues & yet managed the hill up to the accommodation every day. The lifts in the complex were very welcome. Erlend also very kindly accommodated a specific request I had & I was very grateful for that. Communication with our host was great Erlend's place felt like a home from home & we would love to come back again soon.

Stunning sea and mountain views. Sun rise is amazing. Also, very easy to access beach and promenade to walk into Almunecar. The Granada area is a gem generally.

This apartment is truly a place to relax and recharge! Super quiet and with a beautiful green environment. There is a lemon tree in the garden and occasionally mountain goats came by to graze. The terrace is a dream, the view of the sea and the different moods of daylight is simply magical. Brigitte, who looked after us, was always very friendly, helpful and responded immediately. The path to the sea and then back was rather too long with our kids, so we usually took the car and used the numerous parking spaces directly on the sea. The surroundings are picturesque and since we were there in May, we could marvel at the beautiful flowers. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back or recommend the apartment:-)

Zakia was extreme communicative throughout the process and the space was great! Everyone (me, my wife, our 4 and 1 year old, and my parents) fit in the space comfortably. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves (and a pod of dolphins one morning) was a great way to start each day! Highly recommend booking with Zakia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is really super tidy, clean and very nicely furnished. The equipment is perfect, you don't miss anything and can also cook wonderfully, prepare breakfast, etc. Even the most important basic products, such as spices, oil, vinegar, welcome drinks are there. It is really comfortable and you feel right at home. The view made us rave every day. The view of the small yacht harbour is very exciting, you always have something to do. The surroundings invite you to hike and walk. We walked almost everywhere and recommend an app with marked hiking routes, then you will find great viewpoints. The area is generally very nice, quiet and civilised, unlike in the surrounding cities. Various small and large beaches are nearby and in the harbour there is a small supermarket, which was also open on Sundays. Thank you for the great time and always friendly communication!

The apartment has a fantastic location, the view is absolutely incredible, close to everything, Old Town, grocery store around the corner, restaurants and the beach just across the street. We stayed 8 weeks in the apartment and there is equipment for simple cooking and comfortable with washing machine when you are so long. Quite lively some evenings because there are four restaurants on the ground floor, but for us it was just a nice feature with a little life and movement. We lacked some instructions on how to get in on arrival and sat and waited for an answer, but found a phone number we called and a lady answered and gave us the code. Otherwise, we received a response within a reasonable time, even if we did not need to have much contact other than being asked if we needed something now and then. Almuñecar was a nice town that we highly recommend with a fantastic beach walk and a cozy old town with pedestrian streets and squares, felt genuinely Spanish and not too many tourists. We would love to come here more often.

Beautiful house. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Amazing views from the top floor terrace. Spotless. Elli was a very responsive host. We were travelling with a young baby so in hindsight we should have picked somewhere a bit closer to town - it’s not too far to walk but it’s a bit challenging with a buggy and there’s no pavement. Also there are several steps to get down to the front door of the house from the parking spot, which wasn’t ideal with a buggy. But otherwise would highly recommend.

Amazing terrace, it's all you need if you are looking for a peaceful place! Location is quiet, but still good options to eat and drink around! House is complete and cozy, there is everything you need to cook and enjoy a stunning sunset!!! My friend and I felt in love by the house, such a great taste in the design (which just increase the beach atmosphere), everything new and clean! Next time we wanna bring more friends since the place accommodates very well 4 people! Host is sweet and respond quite fast! I totally recommend you take it and enjoy as much as we had enjoyed it! :)

Everything was perfect. Gemma and Silvana were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment has an unbeatable location in relation to the beach. The views are spectacular, we fell asleep listening to the sea and woke up watching dolphins. We recommend!

This apartment is simply incredible, the views are spectacular!! The beach is super close, we snorkelled and saw lots of fish, a fabulous stay all round. We cannot wait to come back one day.

Mercedes accommodation is so clean and comfortable. The apartment is perfect, it’s quiet and in a great location. There’s a great cafe opposite with very good food and friendly staff. Mercedes is a great host too and very helpful .
