With a very quiet inner bedroom, it is located near anywhere in the center, in one of the most famous and appreciated neighborhoods of Granada. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for four people. American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room we find a bedroom of good dimensions and a quiet stay. A bathroom with a shower located in a suit in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. And an eleven parked the car forget you have it:) One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Exceptional quality penthouse, 250 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 terraces and a private pool. The apartment overlooks the Alhambra, the Cathedral and the Albaicin. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 10 people. The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colours and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows with views of the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

Francesca Adventure Cave

Our Cueva Aventura offers three troglodyte accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50 m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (equipped kitchen, hollowed sofa, table, chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergies, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreens) lined with its small cuevas to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, cleaning at the end of the stay and electricity. The bio-climatic feature of the cave naturally air-conditions it. Nearest airport: Granada, and it is necessary to have a vehicle. If the weather is bad: Netflix 😉 The little extras so as not to be caught off guard: dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towels, fresh water, coffee (pods and coffee and filters), tea, sugar, basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper)... and small candies ✨✨✨
