The flat is very sunny and has two garage spaces and access to the house without steps, so it can be accessed with a cart or a wheelchair. The area is very quiet and closed to the great nature of Sierra Nevada and Los Cahorros, and is only 7,5 km from the Alhambra and Granada. The house will be delivered completely clean with disinfectant products.

The "Peregrinos" apartment is very cool in summer and warm in winter, it is located on the ground floor of a 16th century building with history in Granada that was represented in its time by King Fernando, who in this time began the journey a pilgrimage called the Mozarabic way to Santiago de Compostela, hence its name that lasts until today.
