Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Perfect for business guests, close to grocery stores and restaurants. IKEA is very close. From the train station, it is a 10-minute walk to the house. The accommodation is in a villa where we live upstairs, two people and two dogs. The rental part is on the lower floor for up to 3 people where you will have the entire basement for yourselves and with a private entrance.
