Holiday rentals with a patio in Almerimar

It is a very cozy house and everything that comes out in the photos has it. There is everything in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and super clean as was the rest of the rooms in the house. It has spectacular views. Daniel, he was super generous to us or to our pets. Te attends very quickly and very friendly. We also eat in their restaurant el Pikinini and es para go to eat daily. SPECTACULAR food!! Everything super well cooked, with quality products. We will definitely repeat again.

The apartment is on foot from San Jose beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a coffee shop just down where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and give you a sun and great views. In the beach of San José it takes 5 minutes short because it is right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote that was the most because we had no problem with parking. It is a very recommended apartment for those who are looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream shops, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

We loved our stay with Noelia and her husband! They were very kind and responsive. The accommodation is very spacious and the residence very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The facilities (swimming pools and gym) are a real plus! I would recommend it 100%

Very nice and cozy accommodation, although it looks a little bigger in the photos. Very well located for driving, as the surroundings of the area do not have a blue zone. Quique is a very good host, always communicative, very friendly and cheerful. Highly recommended and only a 3-minute walk from the Alcazaba :)

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

It exceeded my expectations. I booked this house by mistake thinking it would be near another area I wanted to visit and I don't regret anything. Thanks to that, I discovered Jérez del Marquesado, which has a beautiful trail overlooking Sierra Nevada, and the house is next to a few other rural houses that share a terrace. A ditch runs through the same terrace and the house has a lawn area where my dog has been playing. We have been super comfortable and Encarna's service is premium, every little detail covered. I highly recommend it.

Nice little house to stay for two when arriving at Almeria airport before shining in the area. Provide food as there is nothing at check-in .

Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

We had a great stay in this apartment in the center of Almeria. The location is perfect for walking around the city, and the apartment is completely new, modern, and very well equipped with everything you need. Also, the host was lovely, very helpful and kind at all times. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

Avkida's house is perfect to spend a few days in Almerimar to rest, it has a small garden with a very nice lawn. The bed and pillow were super comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful with ocean view rooftop and terrace. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. The kids loved the pool and the beach. Great location. Highly recommend it for relaxing break in almerimar.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

Everything was perfect, the accommodation has everything and more (all kinds of kitchenware, air conditioning, two terraces...). Next to the beach. Mar's service couldn't have been better, she was very concerned that we could get in earlier. Impeccable cleanliness. There's nothing to criticize, but we'll be back. I recommend it to everyone.

Clean and tidy apartment, very quiet urbanization.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .
