Hello. My family and I were at the Santa Week Bridge. We were a big group along with my small dog. (Titan). We had an amazing weekend. Fran's house facilities are ideal for a good vacation. The house has the best access to the sea, it is incredible to be able to sleep with the sea in front. We celebrated a birthday and we were happy. I wouldn't change anything. The only thing, we can stay a lot more days next time. I would definitely recommend this place. We are already preparing our next time for the summer. Thank you Fran for your attention. 🫶🏼💡🔝

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

We were great in the apartment - it is very good, comfortable and with an ideal terrace. The toilet (wc-ducha) is something small, but it is something we already knew from the photos and it was not a problem for a short stay. It is good located and in a very quiet area. Carlos was always available and attentive. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back. Thank you also for allowing us to travel with Baguette! Wonderful Cabo de Gata

Very nice and spacious house. Many stairs so if they go very old people can cost them. the house is wonderful. It is in a very beautiful village, although little shop. Spectacular to relax as it is very peaceful.

This is our second visit to Ruben's and Javi's house, was same as before super clean, very nice neighbour too. We will be Back soon.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

Carmen and Jofre are two spectacular people, they had the place spotless, it's located in a great area and the truth they were always attentive and quick to respond to everyone! Surely we repeat as we loved the area.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

The apartment is nice, with a large parking space and a nice terrace with a part of grass. It's great located next to all the restaurants and the black sea. We were greeted by Ana who is very attentive to friendly and made us many recommendations. She was also flexible on the checkout day. They accepted my two dogs without problems. Lovely stay at Friederike's house and her husband, Joaquín. Its independent casita, with beautiful private terrace, quiet place and respectful of nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is walking very close to the village (10 min). Equipped with a fan in the living room, stove for winter and screens on all the windows, it is recommended to bring something more for the mosquitoes. We spent a few super quiet days, they are an attentive, super friendly marriage and we loved their care with the surroundings and their kittens.

Clean and tidy apartment, very quiet urbanization.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.
