Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular Panoramic Views Tomorrow's sun. Equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Fiber. Bathroom rooms with shower plates instead of a bathtub and with windows that provide freshness in summer (you will use the air conditioning little). Very cozy terrace. Elevator. 2 outdoor pools and another heated deck with spa in Autumn/Winter. Tennis, Paddle, Paddle, Gardens, Covered Parking.

Ground floor apartment, completely renovated in 2020, very bright. Large bedroom with air conditioning, USB plugs and large built-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with large shower tray.
