Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Almería

We really liked the location, very close to the port where you can walk and enjoy the beach

We had a wonderful time at Jackie's apartment with all the necessary bits and pieces to make life easy and comfortable. Pool was fantastic and we were lucky that we had it all to ourselves, so very spoilt. Only wished we were staying longer. We will be going back again and looking forward to meeting Jackie next time as she was away while we were there. Many thanks Cally

What a great apartment! It seems like it was fully gutted and completely renovated into a beautiful space that really does feel like home. It has everything you want and more and most importantly it is comfortable to be in. The hostess was incredibly helpful and so nice to meet us and help us with our luggage upstairs and a nice touch with a welcome bottle of wine for the stay. We would only want to stay here if/when we go back to Almeria. Just a couple of blocks from the beach!! Parking was a challenge but they are upfront about this and we were able to find street parking pretty close to the apartment!

Jose is very welcome, he is always available. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. We would stay with him again any time.

This house is amazing, it is above any expectation that one may have when looking at the photos. The house is spacious and comfortable, renovated and fully equipped and with a style that is faithful to the area where it is integrated. It has nice stays and a nice terrace. Access is easy and the area quiet. The host deserves another 10. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived thanks to Miguel. We took the time to get to know all the corners of the home and helped us get to shop at the supermarket (although due to schedule it was already closed). It's totally recommended!

Beautiful house, clean, located in a safe compound in the Golf resort. We were a family of 5, enjoyed very much the facilities and the beautiful surroundings . Having a car is mandatory, distances between cities / pueblos are big.

I looked a while for an airbnb in Almeria, and I'm glad I chose this one. It is located in a safe neighborhood near the city center with lots of things to do nearby. The view from the terrace was awesome. Maika is very friendly and gave excellent recommendations.

We stayed a week in August, family of four with two children aged 5 and 8, having a very good stay. Pros: The apartment has all the necessary amenities to spend a long stay, with air conditioning and fans in all rooms. The kitchen is complete and has all the appliances and utensils you may need. The terrace is very comfortable, and the pool can be enjoyed a lot, the community being very well cared for. As for location, it is well located to get to know Cabo de Gata Park or visit Almeria. The distance to the beach will be about 9 minutes walk. There is place to park to spare in the area. Paula is a very caring host at all times and decisive. Cons: The ceiling fan in the small room has no power to move the air. The faucet in the sink has little pressure. Many ants looking for food around the apartment, you can't leave anything open that they find it quick.

The apartment is great, it's just like the photos. It is very well equipped in both the kitchen and the furniture in the house. The host is very helpful and attentive to everything. It is 10 minutes away from the beach and is a convenient location to get around Cabo de Gata. We will repeat!

Accommodation with all amenities, perfect, as advertised. The area is perfect for my needs. Definitely repeat.

Carmen is an off-the-beaten-path host. Always available and attentive to everything you need. Check-in and check-out were all easy and flexible. The apartment was very well cared for and was scrupulously clean. The development is large and with many amenities.

Outdoor: • On the façade to the beach, lots of traffic and people day and… night. In the back a hotel crowded by young people. • Great views. • Spacious terrace. • The terrace has a pile with a faucet that is not practical for what it splashes. • The PVC locksmith, especially the shutters, does not fit perfectly but they are a good acoustic insulator. • The perfect pool in terms of cleanliness, temperature and low occupancy. Indoor: • Spacious and with lots of light. • Indoor bathrooms and with natural light by skylight that surprises. • Well equipped kitchen, American refrigerator and many small appliances. • Prefect air conditioner. • Large car garage space Cleaning: Clean in general although a couple of details have lowered the note, considering the cost of cleaning is 150€. (with pet but amount I have never paid) • Shower head and toilet interior with dirt. (I have photos) SUMMARY: Caro but recommended.

It was a great few days, close to the beach , the great apartment, pool and garden. Maria del mar is a solo in person.
