Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. Casa Corina is in a quiet and beautiful area with gardens, and you can walk to the beach. The house has plenty of kitchenware, and a variety of cleaning and cooking products. There is a relatively large supermarket in the village, where you can buy what you need. The host is friendly, he left us welcome drinks and the language is not a problem. The only downside is that if you go in early June there are quite a few mosquitoes, until they fumigate, although the house has mosquito nets. It is recommended to consult with the owner beforehand on these dates. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. Quiet area and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Antonio is very attentive to everything we asked and the cleaning service is also very good. We will repeat in summer to enjoy the beaches.

The house is a pass, just like the location. The village of Mojácar surprised us pleasantly, it is beautiful. We were looking for peace of mind to spend a few days with a family by the sea, and that's precisely what we got.

The house is fantastically located in the middle of the village and in a very nice complex with pool. It is very spacious over three floors with three showers/bathrooms and a total of five terraces or balconies. The roof terrace is unique! Small drawback: the very small terrace on the first floor only offers space for a small table with two chairs, so we always had to eat on the large terrace on the 2nd floor. Here a new table for six people would be desirable, as well as a parasol.

We spoke with Juani and she was very attentive at all times, she gave us a list of things we could see and restaurants in the area, they gave us a little gift when we arrived, which we appreciated. The house is beautiful and was very clean, we went with a 4-year-old and he had many things to have fun with, a trampoline and air game, he even made friends with the neighbors. They have Netflix and we were able to watch a movie. They changed the pool code and Juani immediately gave us the new one. They gave us flexibility for the departure, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sure we'll repeat next year because we came back very happy. Thank you ❤️ Notice to other guests, in Murcia there are many mosquitoes so I recommend taking citronella or something for the skin for the mosquitoes. They had spray in one of the cabinets we use inside the house.

Perfect apartment for a vacation. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, a terrace and everything you need to enjoy the place. It is located one street from the centre and with parking... that is, everything is nearby but in a quieter place.

Amazing place to chill and relax. Wonderful terrace to enjoy the view of the sea while having coffee/tea/beer. Javier is very communicative and provided many tips and insights. We will totally come back.

We stayed at Casa Azul for a week. We used the garage as well. The house is lovely with high ceilings, a lovely living area and decent kitchen. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing with a view of the fortress. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. There is plenty to do locally and many restaurants and bars locally. We played golf at Alboran (twice) and La Envia which was most enjoyable. Juan was very helpful throughout.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

Beautiful location right by the sea

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

Everything was correct, very attentive to any questions, and the place was very cozy and complete.

My friends and I took this stay for 3 nights, and we found it too pretty for the price it has. The host was very nice, as soon as we arrived, she explained everything to us. We would definitely come back in the future
