Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Accessible PMR, our cottage located in the heart of nature will allow you to take a breath of well-deserved fresh air! Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you will have access to many hikes such as the GR52, ski resorts as well as beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover for families or groups of friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra charge! You'll even have access to a free dog working lot.

In a chalet, a brand new cozy accommodation, accessible on foot by a small path. Very quiet, private terrace and garden, south/west facing, exceptional panoramic view of the valley. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!
