Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not included in the stay, but can be booked well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor, there is a small beach and a wilderness bath/sauna, which you can rent. From Villa Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards the Sanctuary Rocks (5 km). There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Lovely summerhouse vibe in an old forge. Cozy decorated old annex for our house, just two minutes from the beach and the harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, but it is possible to make up to 6. You share a garden with us - it is possible to barbecue by appointment. In the garden, the acclaimed artist Frederik Næblerød has done a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a hot plate/hood/fridge and espresso machine.
