Building and Neighborhood Very Quiet. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It comes with a 140x190 bed (very good quality). All the comforts are present in this apartment: dishes, towels, sheets, coffee, etc .

Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret – Montluçon, this pretty studio offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor serving entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a very good sofa bed.
