Not recommended for noisy parties. All bedrooms on the ground floor have baby beds. There is a garden suite attached to the barn, access from the garden. A roullotte with double bed and bunk beds also facing the garden. All bedrooms have private ensuite. You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place.

Walked and found the Auvergne – find the beauty!

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. We are renting our family house and are seeking kind guests who, while enjoying themselves, will help us improve the place and the experience by sharing their ideas and feedback. The castle has been inhabited all year-round and has all modern comfort and features. The castle features a beautiful parc of around 3 acres all enclosed behind original high stone-walls and a heated swimming pool of 12x4m

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

This spacious house is located in the village of Dompierre sur Besbre, close to all shops (bakery, butcher, supermarkets...)
