This small independent house, renovated in the spirit of the countryside and cocooning, is ideal for a night or a weekend as a couple to recharge.

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

"Like a vacation air..." Villa with pool, balneo and veranda. Its wooded garden and veranda give it a country air while being close to shops. From sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cozy up in front of a wood fire (or not there is also an electric heater). Closed and enclosed parking in garage or in the large private driveway.

Small 30 m2 studio, completely refurbished, adjoining our main home. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret – Montluçon, this pretty studio offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor serving entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a very good sofa bed.
