It is also possible to rent only the ground floor with three bedrooms, the living and dining room.

La Chassagne is the perfect escape to relax and gaze upon the french countryside of rolling hills of quilted sunflower and rapeseed, orchards and chateaux, and sip wine in the shade of an ancient oak. "La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
