Located in the heart of Allevard, it is close to all shops and the Thermal Baths. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa that converts into a double bed in the living room, and a sofa that converts into a double bed on the mezzanine, so you can comfortably sleep up to 6 people!

Ideal for your ski stays or for spa guests, you will be only 30 minutes from the ski slopes (Collet d'Allevard and 7 Laux) and a 5-minute walk from the city center of Allevard and the Thermal Baths. Parking possible for 2 cars. Cats and dog on site.
