The apartment is 46 sqm, has a large living room with an integrated kitchen. It features a small bedroom with a 140 m wide double bed. Next to it is a small bathroom with shower. Otherwise, a large garden adjoins the apartment.

Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.
