The place was absolutely beautiful. The location is unbelievable, right on the water and walking distance from everything you may need. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. We could not have had a better experience!!

We had a very positive experience in Saugatuck! The airbnb was just as advertised. We were impressed with all the little extras that were included and provided for us. Towels & coffee were plentiful, the bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean!! The location was very walkable and had beautiful views. Cozy airbnb right in the heart of Saugatuck. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a wonderful stay! The place was spotless with a great view. You were able to walk to everything. The hosts stocked it with plush bath towels, make up towels, sample size toiletries, coffee, etc. We hope to return in the summer!

Fall time in Michigan is so much more beautiful when you can walk around, and boy did this place deliver. There's no need to touch your car once you park, no matter how long you stay. Endless shops, amazing restaurants (all 4 options we chose served us such good food), bars with live music, luxurious water views, galleries, fun experiences, and more all within easy walking distance. The space is beyond lovely with that beautiful water view. Whether we were exploring or relaxing in the living room, we were constantly enjoying the serenity of Saugatuck in the off season, silent outside past 6 but those bars pack up quick at night with for a fun time. It's such a welcoming city, and the space was just as welcoming. The shower was wonderful, kitchen fully stocked, many places to lounge with a book, cozy movie space. We absolutely loved our stay, hope to be back!

Our stay with Three Arbor’s in Saugatuck was amazing! Their location was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of natural light and space! The only way to access this location was through stairs so just be aware of that! I absolutely recommend Three Arbors and can’t wait to venture back!

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

Beautiful, colorful, creative, joyful space! Everything you'll need in cozy, peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a walk on the beach, fall asleep listening to the waves, read a book. This is a perfect place to escape.

Beautiful house in a very scenic and cozy area. Close access to the nearby town but also was a great nature retreat. The house was very clean and the perfect hangout house for 10-15 people. Kayaking in the river was also a unique experience that we very much enjoyed. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun retreat with many things to do!!!

Place was immaculate. Had everything and more. Enough silverware, plates, and cooking equipment. Towels galore, even bigger ones for the hot tub. Couldn't have been happier. Thans Vince.

If you’re truly looking for a peaceful, calming, relaxing, and out-of-the-way place… This is for you! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The house was clean and had everything we needed with two bedrooms a clean bathroom, living room and a kitchen. The outside space was the best! We had a fire every night, coffee out by the lake every morning and dinner on the porch as well. This place was by far one of the better Airbnb my husband and I have stayed at. Chris was very responsive and communicative before, during and after the stay!

We all had a great time at Jaleen's house. It was exactly what we were looking for to get together with a group of friends and relax. There was plenty to do around the area and offered at the house but the large kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was very clean throughout and felt inviting. Our few questions we had from Jaleen were answered quickly and kindly.

First off, the host was very nice and we want to send a special thank you for being very responsive and accommodating where you could be, and the location/house was in a beautiful location and setting! Our group that consisted of eighteen 14-15 year olds and 3 adults had an absolute blast! The house was functional and had great space for a large group with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities available. Only cons were: - Road gets a little rough when wet storms hit for a few days (must stay on gravel when saturated) - cleaning supplies could use an upgrade (new vacuum highly recommended) Otherwise the pros far outweighed the cons. Fishing was productive for the kids (mainly adults 😜) and canoes were a nice touch for water activities. If off the beaten path of Kalamazoo is what you are looking, the isolation and setting of this house is definitely one to consider!

We had a wonderful time at Robyn’s place! Saugatuck is such a charming town, and the home was absolutely perfect for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway. The space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and felt like a true home away from home. Robyn was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had plenty of questions, as a family traveling with small children (and a dog!), and Robyn answered every one of them quickly and kindly. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was just a message away—seriously, she was amazing! We were celebrating our youngest son’s first birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. We captured the most darling photos of him on the swings outside—the setting was so picturesque, the photos turned out better than if we had hired a professional! It was also such a bonus that we could bring our goldendoodle along. She loved being near the water!

We are from West Michigan, but had never spent the night in Saugatuck. We always went home after a visit. That was such a mistake. After staying at Holiday Hill, we realized that this small communityvof Saugatuck is so wonderful that it is best to stay long enough to enjoy everything. Holiday Hill is across the river from downtown Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the river, the sunrise, and the city shoreline. Nick's place was immaculate, and secured up a hill from the small resort that services it, so that it is very private. We may make it an annual event to visit the city and stay at Holiday Hill in one of Nick's units.

The location was fantastic. It was walkable to the whole town. Our favorite place was Wick's Park a block away.We loved being able to enjoy the pool across the street, while watching boats pass on the river. It was a bit of a fun party atmosphere, but we could then go back to our private room and listen to the tree frogs on our balcony. The apartment was cute well equipped and comfortable. We would stay there again.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

Cannot say thank you enough! We rolled in for a wedding way earlier than check in, but Josie, Jenni and Birdie had the place ready before we even got going in our travels! The place was gorgeous and cozy, and truly one of the most gorgeous views to wake up to. We will definitely be back for a longer stay, and to explore the community.

Kim’sBeautiful spot by the Kalamazoo River was super clean and so relaxing! Watching the boats/river traffic go by on the shared deck was ideal! The renovated space is beautiful and provided many amenities. Our stay was after Labor Day, so the chain fairy was not operating. This made for a bit of a drive to the main part of Saugatuck proper, but very easy traffic and many many wonderful restaurants to choose from! Saugatuck is very walkable with lots of eclectic shopping and tasty spots to eat! We enjoyed the fantastic climb up to Mt Baldy- a must see!! And exquisite Oval Beach is just a very short drive/hike to see the sunset or enjoy that irreplaceable Michigan shoreline! What a gem of a spot!!
