In einer offenen Nische befindet sich ein Schlafplatz - ebenfalls 1,40m breit - für weitere 2 Personen. In einer zweiten Nische befindet sich ein Einzelbettt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, einen großen Tisch für 8 Personen sowie einen Kamin. Zur Wohnung dazu gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Duschbad und ein WC.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem wohnlichen EG Zimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit Bad im hellen Sous-Terrain, das ebenfalls ein großes Fenster enthält.
