Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts. Please do not smoke on the property! There are numerous leisure facilities in the area. In the neighbouring village of Salzhemmendorf, the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness bath with a large sauna area, is located. There are a variety of shopping facilities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, a petrol station, an indoor swimming pool and a riding facility. There is also a baker directly in Hemmendorf.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

HOLIDAY IN LAMSPRINGE Our apartment 64 m² is located right on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view over Lamspringe into nature. The apartment is newly renovated, includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with single bed, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and a covered terrace. Lamspringe is a spot with historic half-timbered buildings, beautiful forest bath, close to the A7 and is referred to as Harzer Vorland. It invites you to hike and cycle.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Quietly located on the Deister, the self-contained apartment is on the first floor of a 2-family house on the outskirts of Springe-Völksen. The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself. The associated balcony invites you to take a relaxing break.

Our apartment 2 Dwarfs has a size of 41 sqm, which are distributed over three rooms and bathroom. The well equipped apartment is very well suited for two people. Private parking is available free of charge when arriving by car. From the interspace you enter the living room equipped with a cozy couch and a 60 inch TV. Here you can end a strenuous day comfortably.
