The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Leiligheten er plassert midt i Ålesund sentrum. Den består av ett romslig soverom med 150cm seng, et bad med dusj, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Åpen og moderne stue- og kjøkkenløsning med integrerte hvitevarer. Leiligheten har en privat, gratis parkeringsplass og ligger i et bygg med heis, noe som gjør adkomsten enkel og praktisk. Her bor du i gangavstand til alt man trenger. Både butikker, kaféer, treningssenter og dagligvarer. Offentlig transport og flybuss er også lett tilgjengelig.

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is the only house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it is ideal for families, couples or a small group of friends seeking a cozy place to stay. There is also balcony. Next to the house there is kindergarten where children can play after 17:00 o’clock. This apartment is a great location for exploring Ålesund and just a short 10-15minute walk to the centrum, shopping, bars and restaurants.
