Nice apartment good sunand view conditions. The apartment is in a quiet and secluded part of the city center but is still just a stone's throw away from all amenities as well as great hiking areas. The apartment itself located on the 7th floor and has a lovely view - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains kitchen, living room w/sleeping alcove, hallway, wc- room and bathroom - Bathroom equipped with shower doors, decor w/washbasin and washing machine. In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central.

Find tranquility, enjoy the view and sleep well in modern and comfortable apartment with its own terrace. Quiet residential area. Just 100 meters from the sea and magnificent view from both apartment and terrace. Comfortable underfloor heating, good and warm. Free parking and electric car charging. Ålesund center 20 mins by car Grocery stores about 1 km, and shopping center (Moa Amfi) about 8 km. A good base for day trips in the area so that the holiday becomes a recreation. The surrounding area has great nature experiences to offer.

Welcome to the top floor of Grønebelgvegen 25. Enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast with lovely views of the Sunnmøre Alps and Ellingsøy fjord. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Here is the village center 5 minutes drive away. Mountains and hiking area easily accessible, in addition to everything Ålesund has to offer in direct vicinity. Great and modern apartment perfectly located in the heart of Goksøyr with a private shortcut up to the mountain and the puffins. You can't live any closer to the birds.
