Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a really cozy TV nook can be found down there. And exit to private porch hanging just above the sea.

Back in the apartment, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and you may be lucky enough to experience a beautiful sunset from the private balcony🌅

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in the center of Ålesund. Just a stone's throw away you'll find popular Brosundet, and you'll be walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple who live here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice both for singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

Here is and eiga harbor with a possibility to rent a boat. price per day 16 feet 15/20 horses 600kr plus gasoline. 18 feet 30 horses 850 NOK per day. gasoline is in addition to what the customer used. here are life jackets that can borrow. All rent of a boat is at your own responsibility

Stuen er luftig og moderne, med et rundt spisebord plass til fire personer. Hovedsoverommet har en 180seng og tv på veggen. Gjesterommet har en 150seng. På badet finnes det også kombinert vaskemaskin/tørketrommel.
